HAKUKŌ is the primary brand name of the Morikawa family brewery. Of its two characters, one means white, and the second indicates large birds in general. The second character can also combine with that for a plan to make a word.
HAKUKŌ is sake without being too showy, and with its crisp finish, it lends itself to drinking cup after cup, each sip more satisfying than the last. The star of the show may be the food or the customer; our sake is there to play the supporting role.
